These Terms and Conditions apply to all service calls, inspections, and fault investigations conducted by Comfort Clima Pty Ltd. By booking a service, you acknowledge and accept the following:

1. Call-Out Fee
A standard call-out fee of $250.00 AUD applies to all site visits. This covers technician travel, scheduling, and initial onsite assessment. The fee is payable at the time of booking or prior to service commencement unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Hourly Investigation Fee
In addition to the call-out fee, investigative labour will be charged at $120.00 AUD + GST per hour, calculated in 30-minute increments. If further diagnostic time is required, the technician will provide an estimate before proceeding.

3. Upfront Pricing & Approval
All service fees and potential charges will be clearly disclosed prior to commencement. No repairs or extended investigations will be carried out without your approval. A written quote may be provided for recommended works.

4. Australian Consumer Law – Your Rights
Comfort Clima complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010. This means:

• You are entitled to clear information about all costs and services prior to work.
• If a service is not provided with acceptable care and skill, or does not meet reasonable expectations, you may be entitled to a remedy such as a repair, refund or re-performance.
• Comfort Clima will always act transparently and respond promptly to any concerns.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled visit may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the call-out charge. Rescheduling is permitted with reasonable notice at no additional cost.

6. Limitations
The call-out and investigation fees cover assessment and reporting only. Repair works or replacement components are quoted separately and subject to stock availability.
